Company

Augusto Bellinvia Srl was founded in 1948 by Augusto Bellinvia in the footsteps of a family tradition that, over three generations, had created flavour and scent factories in Italy and worldwide.

That was the ‘European Recovery’ era: once the war was over, the rubble was cleared, and, with great sacrifices and makeshift means, factories were rebuilt and production resumed.

Our company was founded in these times. A small laboratory in Turin, with the spirit of initiative and a great deal of enterprise, Augusto Bellinvia began the production of flavours and scents.

His considerable knowledge in the field and expert technical skills enabled our company to develop its business based on traditional, proven and tested formulations, as well as with new preparations for flavours and scents and new production techniques.

His three sons, who joined the company as partners and have now taken over the reins, have been instrumental. While continuing with tradition, they have developed new projects and ideas addressing an ever-expanding market’s needs.

The Bellinvia company today.

Our company has a state-of-the-art factory that performs processing following refined, modern procedures. This allows us to develop products with multiple uses in the food and beverage sector: vermouth, aromatised wines, liqueurs, soft drinks, ice cream, yoghurt, confectionery, candies, chewing gum, etc.

Our technical expertise and market knowledge allow us to be present in the domestic market and many other countries. Our ‘Aromi Torino’ registered trademark is synonymous with high quality everywhere.

Flavourings are created from selected and controlled raw materials with the extensive use of natural raw materials. Many formulations are entirely natural. In fact, many flavourings are obtained from herbs and aromatic plants.

Our vast knowledge of these plant products and their use has made it possible for us to develop the field of phytoextracts, now widely used in the cosmetic and para-pharmaceutical fields.

Phytoextracts are available as water-soluble or fat-soluble, in liquid and dry forms, to suit different applications.

The Augusto Bellinvia’s technical personnel are unparalleled experts: we supply products to customer requirements and are happy to address specific needs.

Our flexibility is highly appreciated and is a source of pride and success.
